Residential Inspections
We have been trusted by home buyers to help them make informed buying decisions. Our home inspection typically ranges from 2-3 hours long depending on the size of the house and they will receive a detailed, understandable report within 48 hours that they can use to make the important decision of purchasing that home. Our hours are at our clients’ request this includes mornings, afternoons and Weekends. You and your client are invited to follow along with your inspector as they perform their inspection. Our goal during the inspection is to give you (our client) peace of mind about all Safety, Fire and Health conditions before purchasing your new home, by following The International Standards of Practice for Performing a General Home Inspection (InterNACHI).
